YATINDER NATH KHEMKA

He is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) since 1991 (M.No. 089322). He has passed Intermediate Examination of the The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He got a Honors Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Delhi University in 1985. He is a member of the Study Group of Financial & Capital Market Committee of ICAI & member of National Council of All India Chartered Accountants Society. He has been the Vice President of Northern India Chartered Accountants Student Association (NICASA) of NIRC of ICAI in year 1988. He has been the member of the Study Group of Financial and Capital Market Committee of ICAI in year 1999. He has been former President of Zakhir Husain Delhi College Students' Union in year 1984-85. He has been awarded with 'College Crest' in the year 1985 for his multi-furious achievements. He has been appointed as arbitrator by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) since 1992 (M.No. 090261). He got a Honors Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Delhi University in 1987.

SURESH ANAND

He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) since 1995 (M. No. 092758) and also Associate member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
